MGTOW consists of a variety of notions.
One notion shared by some MGTOWs – derived by the idea of going your own way and the extent of being MGTOW – is that men should avoid any contact with the female gender.
It builds upon several steps such as avoiding interaction with women at work, rejecting female friendship and rejecting sexual relationship. For some it goes as far as Ghosting – removing yourself from society as whole.
I of course understand and respect the wish certain MGTOW men have for directing their own way of life like this. However, I also want to point out some aspects of this decision, which should be kept in mind.
Especially for young MGTOWs.
You should first of all think about why you are reject interacting with women completely. Is it a clear decision based on your observations, your own experience and collection of empirical evidence, or is it a generalized emotional worldview based on fear, anger or jealousy?

- other men are more successful with women
No matter what, we should all consider the accuracy of our worldview. I believe that no worldview is accurate, but some are more skewed than others. As a young MGTOW shaping your life upon radical views such as these, you should evaluate the premise of those views. For several reasons.
When you reject interaction with women, you also minimize your presence and your voice in the public opinion which shapes your future society. When you retreat from the scene, the challenge against Feminism weakens.
When women are unchallenged, their opinion gets to run unapposed. In a democratic society, the opinion which runs unopposed, wins.
As a consequence, it gains supporters and traction if no arguments are raised to counter it. One of the consequences of MGTOWs isolating themselves from the world is Feminist ideology spreading into especially corporate departments in Human Resources and Communication.
Feminism, with its mindset prone to legislation instead of dialogue and compromise, seeks its way into the educational environment at colleges and governmental organs to spread its influence in legal matters concerning areas in
- fertility cases
- maternity / paternity cases
- legal actions against Manspreading (Madrid)
- legal actions against criticism of Feminism which will be labelled hate speech
- government regulation of private companies to accommodate women
If you walk away and do not engage and represent your views, your world is shaped by those who cannot and will not keep quiet.
Feminist are aiming to shape men’s way of life to benefit women.
The end result might be a society where men are regulated and marginalized through a Feminist paradigm which seems incapable of self-criticism, responsibility and limitation.

I believe that men and especially MGTOWs should take advantage of their democratic rights.
The Feminists are not holding back. Why should men?
To engage with Feminists in the public debate is not only a matter of challenging the Feminist narrative.
It is also a matter of strengthening the integrity of MGTOW.
Young men with no experience in interacting with women will have little integrity if speaking about MTOW from no other experience but the experience delivered to them by other men on platforms such as YouTube.
Young MGTOWs need to interact with women To gather their personal experience and expand their foundation and integrity for going MGTOW.
Whether this interaction will even turn into a relationship depends on the individual MGTOW. If this happens, I advice that man to take his precautions.
In the horizon, I see no other future for MGTOW but an action-based future, challenging and shaping the world anew with reason and accountability.
