The divide
In the past a man’s legacy and his sense of worth was his trade, his children and his name. His life was in symbiosis with the local community around him and everyone had their role and responsibilities.
Today we are told to celebrate globalism while our local communities are struggling to survive under outsourcing of jobs, people migrating to big cities for jobs, education and opportunities and with an overall transformation of society from community-oriented to individualistic-driven and self-serving.
Feminism has given men the finger and along with individualism and consumer-mentality, it has torn the nuclear family – which was previously the bedrock of our western society – to pieces.
Men are more divided than ever before. An increasingly smaller number og men attend universities while women are taking over the empty seats. The male role and legacy is up for grabs. A traditional trade like carpentry or mechanic is almost considered substandard. A wife keeps her own name when she marries, which makes it easier when she divorces her husband and takes their kids into her main custody.
The extreme gender
Compared to women, men represent the extreme gender. A small portion of men rule at the top of society. Feminists hate and love this segment all at the same time. They hate the image of the powerful man who they believe deny women to break through a glass ceiling, but at the same time they want to date the CEO’s, the lawyers and politicians who can provide them with resources, social status and challenge their own college degree in social studies.
A larger amount of men represents the majority of people at the bottom. A large group of men work the filthiest and deadliest jobs while a little group of men work the most prestigious and powerful jobs. But Feminists do not care about the bottom. They are heading upwards with their eyes on the chairs located in company boardrooms and political offices.
While women are on the march forward men are facing a crisis. And it is showing.
Society’s general attitude towards ‘the problem with men’ is worry. However, the following reaction is not to show care or support but instead to use female shaming tactics and tell men to ‘man up’. In contrast to the almost limitless empathy and understanding of women’s issues, there is an impatience with the noisy boys in the back of the class room and the ‘loser men’ who are unable to pick themselves up after a layoff or a divorce.
Why can’t men just pull it together and serve the modern feminine narrative as they are told?
‘The problem with men’
Men’s fundamental challenges reaches far deeper than to just ‘manning up’. Modern society is today a feminine society with emphasis on feelings – women’s area of expertise. Men are told to conform. They are advised become more in touch with their feelings and open up – to become more feminine along with the rest of society, like an employee told to upgrade his skill set or be fired. Modern society caters to the emotional and pleasure-driven feminine mindset and illustrates our western civilization in decline, compared to its peak during the industrial age, sixty years ago. One of the major reasons for this decline of the west is a mental shift from a strong masculine cultural mindset of the industrial age – which was based on vision, discipline, ingenuity, logic and reason – to the weaker feminine cultural mindset which is emotional, pleasure-oriented and victim-based.
Western society has switched from outlook and momentum to navel-gazing and decadence
There is no room for masculine values. The worst thing you can be in 2018 is a white male. Despite the past centuries of groundbreaking inventions and discoveries made by men in the western world, which has propelled western citizens into the 21st century as the richest, educated and most liberated people in the world, Feminists and leftists are successful in instead celebrating women, children, LGBTQ, blacks and immigrants while mustering a moral crusade against the image of the man – especially the white man as responsible for all the worst things in human history (meaning the oppression of minorities and women in the developed world).
Meanwhile the white man is being branded as the devil by Feminist campaigns such as #metoo, which in 2017 publicly disclosed the names of men in known and powerful positions in the entertainment industry. The men were accused by women for various types of sexual harassment or sexual assault. What stands out about “metoo in my opinion is that these men were deemed guilty in the media through Feminist vigilante sense of moral justice, and not by due process.
#metoo delivers the image of female emotional revenge which undermines one of the pillars of a modern civilized society: the justice system, where everyone has a right to defend themselves and are innocent until proven guilty – not just sentenced on the account of voices in public, some of these voices being anonymous.
The male identity is today linked with crime and oppression.
A thousand years ago, your father would have passed on an identity to you by letting you follow in his footsteps. He would show you how to hunt for food or plough the fields or reveal the secrets of metal as you assisted him working in the smithy. As a consequence you would have a trade and a role to fill with social status attached to it. You’d be a man fulfilling his purpose within the limits of a traditional society. Your woman would have her own role by your side and she would, if not admire you for your profession and social status, then at least respect and follow you for protecting and serving the family.
Despite the information at hand modern men know little about themselves, not to mention almost nothing about women and relationships, philosophy, economy, politics etc. The only interest their consumer-oriented society takes in them is their potential as tax payers. Men are to get and education so that they can get a job and pay taxes to finance the welfare state.
Where do men find their sense of authority when they blindly support women by proxy through welfare benefits and women get the idea that it makes them independent and tell men that they are redundant?
With automation men have another challenge to overcome. More men will lose their jobs and face a loss of identity and loss of purpose unless they are able to adapt and migrate to other areas of work or advance through education.
Men are waiting for something
As women oblivious press on trying to have it all, more and more men are slowing down or even coming to a complete standstill. Many of them are disillusioned. They are waiting for something. They are waiting for a new vision, a new purpose which can give them direction in life.
Men’s purpose and masculinity has been destroyed by the welfare state replacing them. They stand alone in what appears to be the greatest existential crisis in human history. With men’s identity crisis projecting the overall identity crisis of western civilization.
One thing is certain: Women do not have the answer. Neither women nor Feminism are part of the solution.
Men need to find the solution for themselves.
